oSTEM’s website and membership platform are getting a facelift! Pardon our dust while we get everything sorted.

Here you will find helpful guides and up-to-date information on known issues with the platform relevant to you, our members and chapter leaders.

What should I be doing?

If you previously had an account with MemberNova, we will be moving that account over (first name, last name, and email); please do not register a new account in the interim.

Chapter Leaders:

• The onboarding email may arrive late on Monday the 20th, depending on how quickly YourMembership’s automated processes finish.
• Sit tight and wait for an onboarding email titled “oSTEM Chapter Leaders: Welcome to the new platform!” Once you receive it, please follow the instructions therein to get started. </aside>

General oSTEM Members:

• For all other oSTEM members, please stay tuned for an onboarding email on January 24th.
• If you haven’t had an account with oSTEM before, welcome! Head to oSTEM.org on or after January 24 and click Register to get started. </aside>

Timeline

• Monday, January 20, 2025
  • Chapter leader accounts created
  • Chapter leader accounts given group admin access to their chapters
  • Chapter leaders given access to platform with welcome email
• Wednesday, January 22, 2025
  • oSTEM.org website moved over from MemberNova to YourMembership.
• Friday, January 24, 2025:
  • All active oSTEM members with accounts on MemberNova migrated to YourMembership. </aside>

• Website instability: www.ostem.org may be unstable due to an ongoing DNS issue. Try https://oSTEM.org instead.
• New Chapter application link broken: We are still working on getting the new New Chapter Application form ready for you. In the meantime, please email [email protected] with any questions about starting a new chapter. </aside>
